Returns
You are eligible to return your items within 7 days of your purchase date. Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Mattresses (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at info@ebuyug.com or through our website contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
- In your email, specify your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your items.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and return them to the address provided on the return label.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return your original item and place a new order.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ebuyug.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement of the item.
